Encouraging, Preserving and Promoting the Arts in the Greater Hornell Area of Western New York.

Parents and children, working people and students, singles, seniors, artists and people who just enjoy the arts find what they are looking for at the Hornell Area Arts Council.

Thanks to our wonderful community of supporters, the Arts Council has been able to encourage, preserve and promote the creative and cultural arts in the greater Hornell Areas since 1971. We have grown to service parts of Steuben, Allegany and Livingston counties.
